"Am I doing the right thing?", "Will I able to do?", "What will they think?", "What if I fail?" - these are the questions which roll up in mind. In the process of finding answers for this question, the person loses his basic sense(common sense). He starts to anticipate things, he imagines every possible situation which could land him in trouble. This condition triggers "Negative thinking". Negative thinking contributes to anxiety and stress. Treating your thought processes isn't as easy as prescriptive. One cannot change his thought processing. But one can to some extent control his thoughts. This needs a lot of focus and a relaxed mind.
If overthinking is not controlled in initial stages, then the consequences may be even more risky. Without his acknowledgement, the person may turnout as a pessimistic. His entire life will be overfilled with stress, fear, nervousness and anxiety. This may further push him into "Depression". Depression is a much more vicious situation. Depression oppresses the person in such a situation, where he's left with no other choice than 'Suicide'. The person totally loses his/herself.
One should overcome thinking too much in early stages. He should always keep his mind relaxed. Try to do some good exercises and meditation everyday, surround himself with positive things and positive people. Meditation helps in controlling our thoughts, it helps in developing focus and maturity. Physical as well as mental health both are equally essential. So take care of your mental health and keep a check on your loved ones.
Brilliant work by you both... !!!
