2020 - ERROR OR TERROR

2020- The year of destruction. Many of us are waiting for this year to end soon. I think all of us.  We are just fedup with the havoc created in this year. Many disasters, many tragedies and many calamities. It's just enough now. How many more lives will be shattered? We are done with this catastrophe. No patience and stability left in us.

Before 2020, everything was just so normal. There were accidents, there were calamities, but in 2020 it just looked as if the world would end. End in a second. So many people lost their lives, their loved ones and their living. Even other beings (animals) also lost their life.

31-12-2019 at 12:00 a.m. : We all were so excited and hopeful to start a wonderful year. Waiting for so many twists and turns in our life with all positive vibes. So many even made some resolutions to be achieved in this year. We all stepped into 2020 with full of hopes and anxiety. We lived the month of January with the same level of excitement. Then February was also a good month with a piece of grief due to the fire breakout in Amazon forest. So many animals lost their lives.

We all were busy in our routine life with lots of work and little fun. Then came the "Virus". Don't know why it came into our lives. But it totally changed everything, "everything" I repeat. It become so serious that we had to shut everything and sit at home. No one would have thought that suddenly a virus would emerge and compel us to stay indoors. The virus has grown so rapidly that it became a global pandemic in just 2 months. Everywhere in the world, in the media and in the lanes of small villages too , people talked about it, feared about it, it became the talk of the town. With many rumours spreading around about the measures and precautions to be taken to prevent the virus spread, everyone was palpitated. It also effected the economy. The social and financial status of the economy totally fell down.

But one thing that was good about this lockdown is, we got the opportunity to spend time with our family. We became so busy in our professional careers, we never had time to spend with our family. In the process of earning a livelihood, we never showered love and care on our family. In this lockdown, we made most of the time memorable with our family. We got time to care more, love more and learn more.

Before 2020, everyday we woke up with a hope that something good will happen. But in this 2020, we are waking up everyday with fear. Everytime we think nothing worse can happen than this, god proves us wrong. Everyday we wake up to the news of another distressing incident. Earthquakes, tsunamis, fire accidents, plane crashes , deaths due to the virus and what not. Oh God! Please! Just enough!  We are distressed and agitated about the next second. Because we don't know what will happen and how we are going to face this all. We just want this 2020 to end. End as soon as possible. It would be better if world ends in a second rather than showing us so many nightmares. We all would be dead at a shot. We don't have to weep in the memory of closed ones.

In this time of despair it is advisable for all of us to stay calm and stable. We shouldn't lose hopes. Take care of our loved ones, take care of ourselves. Maintain social distance. Keep our surroundings clean and sanitized. More importantly don't believe fake rumours. Just build up our immunity. Only this way, we can fight together against the virus. I request all of you to pray for the well-being of fellow beings. Pray God to show some pity, spare all of us and put an end to this despoliation.

L. I. F. E----(blog 1)

Life is like a coin..... Everything in life will definitely have two sides.... To enjoy any situation we need to be strong enough to accept both the sides of a coin.... The two sides of a coin may be happy or sad, good or bad, love or hate, strong or weak, up or down, dark or light, rich or poor....
In life,Not everyone you have now will stay with you till last day of your life... One should stand strong for oneself,if you don't stand strong for yourself, You will fall for anything which might not stay with you forever... Self love is very important for everyone to be strong in any situation.. When you love yourself more you will enjoy your own company when everyone else leave you...which is necessary these days...
Everyday is a new beginning, stay positive in every situation... Accept what it is and try to learn from it or just ignore it..people will come and go but it is you who will stay forever... Don't expect anything from anyone as it might hurt you in the end... Expectations always hurt... Try to be the better version of yourself keeping the rest aside...
Never make someone your first priority... Never search your happiness in others...Life may not give you all that you wish for  but it will give you all of which you deserve... Never ever give up or loose hope in anything... Stay positive... Be strong...  and start your day with a smile n hope...

OVERTHINKING - A MENTAL HAZARD

"Overthinking"- The biggest cause of unhappiness. Most of the youth nowadays are undergoing a lot of stress and mental pressure due to Overthinking. The person who thinks a lot, can not act. He spends his entire time thinking about the consequences and does not initiate his work. When he does not start his work, there's no point in thinking about his success. There is no problem in world that troubles you more than your own thoughts. Our thoughts lead us to the circumstances we face. This thoughts one day turn out as fear. Fear of taking a wrong step, fear of failing, fear of being judged and fear of false anticipations. Step by step a mentally strong person falls down to a situation wherein he can't take his own decisions. He relies on other's opinion even for minute decisions of his life.

"Am I doing the right thing?", "Will I able to do?", "What will they think?", "What if I fail?" - these are the questions which roll up in mind. In the process of finding answers for this question, the person loses his basic sense(common sense). He starts to anticipate things, he imagines every possible situation which could land him in trouble. This condition triggers "Negative thinking". Negative thinking contributes to anxiety and stress. Treating your thought processes isn't as easy as prescriptive. One cannot change his thought processing. But one can to some extent control his thoughts. This needs a lot of focus and a relaxed mind.
If overthinking is not controlled in initial stages, then the consequences may be even more risky. Without his acknowledgement, the person may turnout as a pessimistic. His entire life will be overfilled with stress, fear, nervousness and anxiety. This may further push him into "Depression". Depression is a much more vicious situation. Depression oppresses the person in such a situation, where he's left with no other choice than 'Suicide'. The person totally loses his/herself.
One should overcome thinking too much in early stages. He should always keep his mind relaxed. Try to do some good exercises and meditation everyday, surround himself with positive things and positive people. Meditation helps in controlling our thoughts, it helps in developing focus and maturity. Physical as well as mental health both are equally essential. So take care of your mental health and keep a check on your loved ones.

RADHAKRISHNA- AN EPITOME OF LOVE

"Radhakrishna"- Venerated as the most real & pure form of love. Radha & Krishna symbolize the true meaning of love. Their story portrays that love is not an emotion between two bodies. It is an eternal relation between two souls.

Known to be set in the early ages of "Dwapara Yug", Radhakrishna's holy love is worshipped even today. They are famously worshipped as the God & Goddesses of love. Many people adore them as the ideal couple. They reside together in the eternal abode Goloka dham. Even today they are believed to be doing the 'Maharaas' in the lanes of Vrindavan, situated in Mathura. It is believed that whoever worships Radhakrishna with genuine and selfless devotion, they are blessed with true love in their life.

Krishna, believed to be the 8th Avatar of Lord Vishnu, is generally portrayed in various perspectives; a prankster, a model lover and a divine supreme being; Many stories of him in different stages of life, such as an infant, a young boy or a divine charioteer,  depict different personalities of him. Radha, believed to be the Avatar of Goddess Laxmi, Wife of Lord Vishnu, is the personification of selfless love, devotion and compassion. Radha was the most loved Gopika of Krishna. She was Krishna's "Param Sakhi"(Supreme Friend). Her complete dedication & selfless service towards Krishna made her the most cherished and idolized lover.

Radha and Krishna fell in love during their early-years(childhood). With the passing-time, their love towards each other also intensified. Krishna used to play flute for her and both of them used to dance to that tune. This dance of them is famously known as "Maharaas", 'the dance of love'. Radha used to lose herself to the tunes of Krishna. Though Radha was a married woman, her marital life didnot confined her love for Krishna. Radha & Krishna's love was boundless and divine. Radha loved Krishna, worshipped Krishna, served Krishna. Her entire life was only meant for Krishna. That's the reason she is admired as the ideal and divine woman.

Radha and Krishna's love is eternal, it doesn't cease to exist until there's life on this Earth. They will be adored and worshipped forever and ever. They are admired so much that devotees call them as Radhakrishna. Radha & Krishna are not two different people, they are one. Their soul is one and their heart is one. Without Radha there is no Krishna. Without Krishna there is no Radha. They were born to teach the world the true and pure form of love. Where there is no ego, fear, insecurity, anger, attachment, envy and lust. True meaning of love is sacrifice and dedication. One should dedicate everything towards his love and be ready to sacrifice anything. Sacrifice and loyalty are the essence of love. Radhakrishna's story is an epitome of love, devotion and compassion.
